Mr. Delaroff began his professional career in one of the largest privately owned hotels in Paris, before joining Queens Moat Houses where he held several General Manager positions within France and Europe, managing hotels under various international brands.

Mr. Delaroff first came to Russia through an appointment by the Intercontinental Hotel Group in 1997 to open the first Holiday Inn in Russia (Holiday Inn Vinogradovo) before moving back to France and joining Disneyland Paris.

In 2002 he joins ACCORHOTELS as opening General Manager of the Novotel Moscow Centre and received “Crystal Boat” award sponsored by Moscow City Government for the achievement of the hotel in 2002 and 2003.

In 2006, he is appointed as Director of Operations of “Russian Management Hotel Company” LLC (Accor Russia – CIS) in order to increase Accorhotels’ presence and professionalism in the Area.

At present Alexis Delaroff is the Chief Operating Officer of Accor Russia, Georgia & the CIS and General Director of Russian Management Hotel Company LLC. Under his management, Accorhotels has risen from 3 hotels in 2005 to 43 operating hotels throughout the region (Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Armenia). Accorhotels has a portfolio of over 50 projects to be opened within the next years.

Under Alexis Delaroff management, the Company received 5 Golden Bricks form the CRE Award committee in recognition to the quality of Hotel projects developed in the region by Accorhotels, as well as multiple awards and recognitions (from Moscow City Hall among them).

In 2013 the Russian Hotel Investment Conference awarded Alexis Delaroff the Leadership Award in recognition to his contribution to the development of the Hospitality Industry in this part of the World.

Alexis Delaroff is happily married and has 4 children.
