Arkın Kol is the Regional Director for Dolby in Turkey, Middle East and Africa with offices in Istanbul and Dubai. Arkin was born in Turkey and raised in Austria. He is a graduate in Business Management from Salzburg University of Applied Sciences and Mechanical Engineering from the Higher Technical College Salzburg. Arkin has more than 20 years of international experience in globally renown companies such as Dolby and SONY where he led their activities for the Media and Entertainment industries. He has often been invited to speak at technology, media and entertainment related conferences in Europe, Middle East and Africa as well as Asia and the US. Arkin also served as Member of the Management Board for ENS AB, one of the largest service providers for e-commerce solutions in Scandinavia and as Advisory Board Member for investment companies investing in technology start-ups. He is an internationally recognized business development and management executive in technology, media and entertainment.
