While Turkey has great potential in Health Tourism, neither from Health nor from Tourism side there is no any institutional structure in this fields. Current legislation is insufficient and no guaranty is provided to the foreign patient on price and quality of the services. Most of the intermediary people have no legal statute. That is why we need serious organization like Turkish Healthcare Travel Council managed by real professional in this sector.
