Cem has 29 years marketing and sales experience in leadership roles at Hospitality and Life insurance companies like Swissotel, AIG, Commercial Union.He is with TravelClick for last 15 years. Originally with Mechanical Engineering background (M.Sc.) he also holds Post Graduate in Business Administration as well. Cem developed new business in numerous countries and has country experiences in very wide range list  from Finland, Russia, Middle East to South Africa. As of 2006 he resides in Dubai and managing Middle East&Africa region. As an early adaptor of internet and online marketing, Cem is a well-known consultant to hotels advising how to increase online revenue.

He is a long time Member of SKAL Club Istanbul and Propeller Club of U.S. Istanbul Port.
