Dr. Alper Özkan is Culture and Tourism Counsellor at the Embassy of Turkey in Moscow. He is responsible for promotional activities of the Republic of Turkey in Russia and Belarussia. He has more than 6 years of experince of being reponsible for promotional and cultural activities in Russia and Belarussia. Before holding this position, he was Head of the Department of at the General Directrate for Promotion of the Turkish Culture of Tourism Ministry where hehas been working more than 15 years.
