Malik Babur Javed is the Malik Babur has a accountProject Manager Team Lead at Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC), Government of Pakistan. He develops his professional with 14 years of experience in Program development, Implement, institutional strengthening, M&E, grant management and capacity development of CSOs.
Currently, he is working as the head of programs with DAI Pakistan in the OTI/USAID funded program called Pakistan Expanded Regional Stabilization Initiative (PERSI). His main responsibilities include grant development and implementation that includes setting theory of change, objectives and implementation plans.
Previously, he was engaged with Aga Khan Foundation as Director CSO Strengthening and Capacity Building in Afghanistan.
In June 2008, he joined Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy as National Program Manager, where I was responsible for project proposal development, CSO certification and grants management in addition to management of donor relations and communications.
Prior to it, after qualifying prestigious Civil Superior Services (CSS) examination in 2005, he was posted as Divisional Superintendent Postal Services for Rawalpindi where he supervised financial and administrative matters of multiple offices and have successfully juggled through many different projects concurrently. He has substantial experience of working with government and development sector, including helping them interface with communities through community mobilization and training. His core competencies include grant development and management in a fast paced environment, Capacity development , internal and external communications, team management and monitoring & evaluation.
