Nicola has not only worked for some of North America’s leading marketing agencies, but she has also helped her own business. Throughout her career, it has been her goal to improve her client’s event strategies to drive optimal business results.

Her key achievements include developing a Board approved reinvention of SAP’s holistic event strategy to address short, mid, and long term COVID impacts; driving integration of new event portfolio strategy into overall marketing syndicated programs framework,  leading a 2020 event transformation initiative across SAP Marketing to maximize value across more than 3,500 events; completing reinvention and delivery of SAP’s largest event (SAPPHIRE NOW) for 25,000 attendees generating €1B+ in the new pipeline, and developing a company-wide event marketing measurement program; lead capture & follow up process resulting in a 59% increase in marketing-generated opportunities.
